Core Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 2+ years of compliance, risk, audit, or controls experience.
- Knowledge of Aladdin Compliance Dashboard or Bloomberg AIM.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring juniors.
- Familiarity with data and automation tools like PowerApps and PowerBI.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective portfolio monitoring for Group Investments.
- Support governance, risk, and compliance enhancements.
- Manage pre-trade controls setup and maintenance.
- Engage with stakeholders across various business units.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance.
- Support automation and process streamlining initiatives.
- Perform ongoing pre-trade controls support.
