Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
- 3+ years in finance, internal audit, compliance, or governance
- Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
- Experience managing GRC data in SAP or similar ERP
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day assurance activities
- Evaluate financial controls and data protection
- Gather documentation to assess organizational controls
- Support the AVP ESG & Compliance
- Conduct risk evaluation exercises
- Manage the NAVEX Compliance platform
- Provide secretarial support for the Risk Steering Committee
