Core Requirements

Minimum education of SMK/D3 in Engineering (Electro/Mechatronics/IT or equivalent)
0-2 years of experience in maintenance/technical roles
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Willingness to work shifts and be on-call
Possession of a valid SIM C/A is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance according to SOP
Handle basic troubleshooting on operational machines/devices
Conduct resets, cleaning, and light part replacements
Document and report work results and incidents
Escalate issues to Second Level Maintenance when necessary
Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards
Coordinate with operational teams and vendors
