Core Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Good English skills
- Knowledge of 6S and lean methodologies
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Perform effective troubleshooting to meet business needs.
- Establish and implement maintenance plans for equipment.
- Maximize production equipment utilization.
- Support production activities for smooth machine operation.
- Execute production plans and achieve productivity goals.
- Provide maintenance coverage for production areas.
- Maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
