Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and conduct breakdown analyses.
- Implement policies related to maintenance and safety.
- Conduct daily inspections of the production line.
- Represent the organization in functional meetings.
