Responsibilities
- Oversee general civil repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment.
- Manage utilities and infrastructure repairs and maintenance.
- Implement water conservation and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure safety measures are in place for all activities.
- Conduct facility checks and water testing as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and prepare monthly reports.
