Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Experience managing vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor and respond to maintenance requests.
Ensure compliance of MEP systems with safety regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and identify improvements.
Manage and supervise maintenance vendors.
Work with Branch Managers to prioritize maintenance needs.
Provide technical guidance on facility issues.
