Core Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in maintenance of mechanical facilities
- Hands-on experience with Static and Rotating Equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic SAP knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of mechanical contractors for plant maintenance.
- Coordinate with plant operators for maintenance execution.
- Conduct mechanical studies and modifications.
- Perform technical investigations on equipment troubles.
- Conduct training for staff and contractors.
- Respond to plant emergency calls.
- Implement management systems based on ISO standards.
