- Support production maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Maintain daily and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production shifts for effective transitions.
- Analyze failures and establish action plans.
- Report on maintenance activities monthly.
- Manage spare parts and requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety management standards.
