- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning
- Experience in building multi-step agentic systems
Responsibilities
- Design and scale ML/RL systems under business constraints
- Optimize model performance through efficient practices
- Implement production monitoring for ML systems
- Integrate ML/RL capabilities into operational workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on solutions
- Establish benchmarks and metrics for performance tracking
