- Work on Loss Runs requests received via Service Hub/Email.
- Prioritize daily tasks based on business needs.
- Initiate mandatory training on time.
- Collaborate with onshore teams for service delivery.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvements.
