Responsibilities
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Manage courier partners and performance.
- Optimize serviceability and expand delivery areas.
- Monitor delivery TAT and identify issues.
- Coordinate customer support for order confirmations.
- Track and report key logistics KPIs.
- Handle escalations related to logistical challenges.
