Core Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics
Experience with 3PL management
Understanding of Incoterms (2020)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations to ensure timely delivery of containers
Provide status updates on shipments to the planning team
Monitor and manage demurrages
Guide 3PLs on objectives and performance metrics
Audit 3PL records for compliance
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Participate in cost loss analysis with finance teams
