- Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
- 2 years relevant experience in Linux Servers
- Familiarity with VMware and x86 servers
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Good communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve incidents in Linux/Unix Server platforms
- Perform regular server operations and health checks
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Support issues related to servers and storage
- Liaise with external vendors for IT operations
- Escalate cases to L3 teams as necessary
- Troubleshoot systems and optimize performance
