- Law degree from an accredited university
- Admission to practice in one common law jurisdiction
- 8 years PQE in both private practice and in-house
- Strong business acumen and commercial focus
- Experience in negotiations and drafting legal documents
Responsibilities
- Act as legal advisor for Yara’s business activities in Africa and Asia.
- Provide legal support across various business levels.
- Manage corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Monitor local regulations and provide guidance.
- Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements.
- Support data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
