Core Requirements
- Legal professional qualification
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in trade finance and/or banking finance
- In-house experience preferred
- Excellent command of the English language
Responsibilities
- Provide transactional and regulatory legal advice.
- Identify and report legal risks to stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.
- Manage external legal advice.
- Work with the Global Legal Team.
- Develop and deliver training on legal issues.
- Establish strong relationships across the business.
