Responsibilities
- Handle surety claims of varying complexities independently.
- Develop working relationships with Surety Underwriting and Operations teams.
- Provide accurate legal counsel on underwriting matters.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly claims reporting.
- Conduct educational sessions for internal staff.
- Coordinate with global Surety teams on legal issues.
- Collaborate with outside counsel on claims matters.
