Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate various hotel-related agreements.
- Advise on legal risks during negotiations.
- Facilitate operations with property owners.
- Manage owner disputes and contentious issues.
- Contribute to development of standard form agreements.
- Assist with compliance matters relevant to hospitality.
- Design and maintain internal legal processes.
