- Experience in compliance advisory and litigation
- Ability to manage cross-border matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on trade laws, labor, and tax compliance.
- Review and update internal policies and operational guidelines.
- Manage internal investigations and legal disputes.
- Handle regulatory inquiries and prepare responses.
- Identify and manage legal risks with cross-functional teams.
- Support the Litigation team in general disputes.
- Deliver training on legal updates and compliance best practices.
