- Excellence in English for drafting agreements
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice based on local law and business needs
- Lead patent and trademark registration
- Draft and review legal documents
- Execute takedown processes for IP violations
- Serve as primary contact for external law firms
- Review Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies
- Ensure legal protection aligns with business objectives
