Responsibilities
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents.
- Validate agreements and payment documents.
- Conduct legal research and due diligence on partners.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide corporate legal support and documentation.
- Assist with regulatory processes using the OSS system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
