- 2 years experience in office leasing or sales

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing and presentation materials for client tours
- Coordinate site inspection schedules with Operations
- Manage client and broker meeting schedules
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate with the Account Manager
- Assist in creating SAP Contracts with Lease Admin
- Draft and finalize Terms of Reference for lease agreements
- Send renewal notices to tenants prior to lease expiration
