Core Requirements

- 5 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Strong knowledge of lease terms and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of leasing plans.
- Conduct market research on retail trends.
- Build relationships with tenants.
- Coordinate tenant onboarding.
- Manage lease documentation and negotiations.
- Prepare leasing reports and financial assessments.
- Support management review of leasing proposals.
