Responsibilities
- Design the continuous improvement roadmap.
- Lead Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping.
- Enhance single-piece flow in production.
- Implement KPI boards to track operational performance.
- Oversee tooling operations and Kanban systems.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve efficiency goals.
- Identify areas needing immediate support.
