- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, dishwashing, and storage areas
- Manage cleaning schedules and dishwashing flow
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards
- Conduct daily sanitation checks
- Control inventory of cleaning chemicals and tools
- Prepare daily reports on cleanliness and equipment condition
