Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from ideation to implementation
- Work closely with product managers and engineers
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Establish design guidelines and best practices
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies
