Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 8+ years HCM/Payroll/SaaS architecture experience
- Strong domain knowledge in HR systems and compliance
- Experience in integrating HRIS/ERP systems
- Hands-on understanding of cloud architecture
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solutioning for enterprise HCM & Payroll opportunities
- Conduct discovery workshops and architecture walkthroughs
- Design scalable solution blueprints and integration maps
- Conduct technical product demos and integration showcases
- Define integration models with Tier-1 HCM & ERP platforms
- Ensure architecture meets security and compliance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation
