Responsibilities
- Develop a unified QA strategy for applications and integrations.
- Review and enhance stakeholder test scripts.
- Conduct various tests: functional, regression, performance.
- Integrate smoke tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage test data in Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Log defects and lead root-cause analysis.
- Publish QA metrics showcasing coverage and readiness.
