- Maintain Service Level Objectives for cloud-hosted systems
- Design and implement automation for AWS and Azure environments
- Partner with development teams to improve reliability and observability
- Participate in incident response and postmortems
- Advocate for strong engineering practices
- Enable cloud migration with architectural reviews
- Drive continuous learning in multi-cloud technologies
