Responsibilities

  • Oversee laundry operations and staff.
  • Manage guest laundry requests efficiently.
  • Ensure quality and cleanliness of linens and uniforms.
  • Maintain inventory of laundry supplies.
  • Train and supervise laundry staff.
  • Implement safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with other hotel functions as needed.
