Responsibilities

Support Application Technologists in prototype development
Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure proper stock rotation
Organize and manage the seasoning and flavor library
Ensure availability of personal protective equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
Conduct shelf-life and stability tests on samples
Assist with packing and shipping of trial samples
