Strong analytical and communication skills.
Technical proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Conduct microbiology and sensory tests.
Implement lab procedures and systems.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
Manage stock of chemicals and consumables.
Audit and report quality evaluations.
Train operators for production analysis.
Review and update analytical methods.
