Responsibilities
- Follow internal ESH work instructions
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH
- Notify and respond to unsafe hazards
- Operate machines in Tire Building
- Arrange carriers to handle stock
- Meet production output goals
- Motivate team members in safety practices
