- Support Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
- Train kitchen staff on standards and hygiene.
- Manage stock and place food orders.
- Ensure adherence to food safety policies.
- Control food production from delivery to plate.
- Estimate food consumption for procurement.
- Promote a cooperative kitchen environment.
