- Strong technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of contact center practices.
- Understanding of IVR call flows and automation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct IVR Automation testing.
- Create functional requirements based on client needs.
- Perform smoke and regression testing.
- Develop Visio call flows.
- Communicate requirements with engineering teams.
- Work on large and complex projects.
- Test complex ACD systems for speech and DTMF.
