Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
- Troubleshoot operating systems and applications
- Support and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks
- Implement basic IT security and data backup procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance and system monitoring
- Document issues and solutions, coordinating with vendors as needed
