Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
- Support and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks.
- Implement basic IT security and data backup procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and system monitoring.
- Document issues and solutions, coordinating with vendors as needed.
