Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support for IT incidents
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
  • Assist in user onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain records of issues and solutions
  • Perform regular system checks and patch management
  • Support video conferencing systems and collaboration tools
