Core Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level support for IT incidents
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
- Assist in user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain records of issues and solutions
- Perform regular system checks and patch management
- Support video conferencing systems and collaboration tools
