Core Requirements
- 2-3 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Test, identify, and resolve technical issues for end users.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting for various PC brands.
- Manage print services and provide printer support.
- Conduct IMACD activities and backup user data.
- Support ServiceDesk teams with coordination.
- Categorize and prioritize incident requests.
- Provide on-call support after hours when necessary.
