Responsibilities

  • Test, identify, and resolve technical issues for end users.
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting for various PC brands.
  • Manage print services and provide printer support.
  • Conduct IMACD activities and backup user data.
  • Support ServiceDesk teams with coordination.
  • Categorize and prioritize incident requests.
  • Provide on-call support after hours when necessary.
