  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated tickets
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Active Directory
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments
  • Support and maintain AD environments
  • Manage calls and tickets efficiently
  • Assist with security administration
  • Document resolutions and procedures
