- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles.
- Facilitate sprint planning, execution, and reviews.
- Manage project progress and quality using JIRA.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve conflicts and impediments impacting the team.
- Identify risks and optimize project outcomes.
- Continuously improve project processes and practices.
