  • Register and resolve IT incidents and requests
  • Monitor network operations center (NOC)
  • Perform Windows imaging and reimaging tasks
  • Manage user access in Active Directory
  • Document best practices and processes
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service
