Responsibilities
- Support the service transition process for production systems
- Attend weekly meetings with Project Managers
- Ensure required handover activities are completed
- Provide regular service transition updates to teams
- Assist in scheduling and tracking knowledge transfer sessions
- Support not only project-related Change Records review
- Help monitor Early Life Support issues post go-live
