Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a SOC Analyst.
- Proficiency in SIEM and EDR tools.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows/Linux systems.
- Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or CySA+.
Responsibilities
- Act as an incident first responder for SOC operations.
- Monitor security sensors and analyze logs for anomalies.
- Perform initial analysis of security alerts.
- Detect and respond to cyber threats.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into security incidents.
- Document incidents and contribute to reports.
- Mentor L1 analysts in complex case resolution.
