Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or computer science
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in IT operations
- Deep knowledge of server architecture and network infrastructure
- Proven track record of meeting SLAs
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operation and maintenance of server hardware
- Develop O&M strategies for system stability
- Establish mechanisms for incident and risk management
- Define and optimize IT Service Management workflows
- Introduce IT tools to automate tasks
- Manage the IT O&M team and conduct performance appraisals
- Act as liaison between teams and external partners
