Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations across project sites.
- Lead a team of Desktop Support Engineers.
- Oversee IT setup and maintenance for project locations.
- Ensure compliance with software licenses.
- Coordinate with head office for IT support.
- Deliver regular updates to management on IT performance.
- Ensure data protection practices are implemented.
