Responsibilities
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Provide hardware support for IT devices.
- Monitor helpdesk tickets and user requests.
- Administer Office 365 user accounts.
- Manage Active Directory accounts.
- Oversee backup operations.
- Support system deployment and configuration.
