Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT or related field
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical quality systems
- 5+ years in TrackWise implementation
- Hands-on experience with TrackWise Digital or TrackWise Enterprise
- Strong understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 principles
Responsibilities
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of TrackWise modules.
- Ensure validation documentation is complete and compliant.
- Act as the lead between business units and project team.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback.
- Provide technical training to team members.
- Support QMS procedures for the applications.
