Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in IT GRC
- Strong knowledge of RBI NBFC IT guidelines
- Experience in policy drafting and implementation
- Effective coordination across various teams
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the RBI IT Framework for NBFCs.
- Develop and maintain IT security policies and procedures.
- Establish governance structures and RACI frameworks.
- Conduct IT risk assessments and maintain the risk register.
- Map policies with RBI guidelines and ISO requirements.
- Prepare reports for management and assist with audits.
- Automate analytical workflows and reporting pipelines.
