- Experience managing outsourcing partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure architecture and modernization initiatives.
- Govern vendor and MSP performance for service delivery.
- Oversee operational performance of infrastructure services.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for infrastructure-related costs.
- Monitor adherence to SLAs and conduct service reviews.
- Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
